Hello Everyone

I'm trying to simulate the water flow down from a surface using vof model.

I am doing a multiphase simulation using adaptive meshing and adaptive time step. For adaptive mesh i have used free surface mesh refinement with max refinement level 2 and for adaptive time step i have used free surface cfl condition with max conditon limit 0.5.

While running the simulation i was getting Warning - WARNING: 1 cells to be refined have not been refined as they would be split into low quality sub-cells.

How can i avoid this warning?
