Are there any Stagnation Point Corrections available in StarCCM, like the Kato-Launder-Modification?
If yes, how can I activate those?

You should get used to reading and searching the help file. I did a quick search and couldn't find your specific modification, but Star-CCM+ does have the Durbin limiter for the k term, and the Yap correction for the epsilon term is respective models.
