Multiregion meshing with interface in between regions

Hii,
I am facing a problem while meshing two regions with an interface created between them. When I am trying to generate volume mesh, it is giving an error saying that the top region is not closed. Can any one please help me to resolvethis problem

It sounds like there are errors in your remeshed surfaces. Volume mesh will not proceed if your remesh surface has free edges, intersecting cells, non-manifold edges or vertices. Repair the mesh by right clicking on the remeshed surface tab and selecting repair surface. For interfaces, repair each surface in turn. Sometime with non-manifold edges, you will need to repair/work with both surfaces selected together.

How complex is your geometry? Maybe you should create it in StarDesign.
