Hi, I am a BEng student currently doing my final year dissertation.

I am a beginner at star cd but chose to do my project on validating and analysing DISI Hydrogen combustion in a basic cylinder. I am having issues getting the star solver to run when using ECFM-3Z. I have been following the open literature from the programs but cant seem to put the pieces together.

When I run the solver I sometimes get illegal 'scalar errors' referring to the es_ice.inp file. However sometimes the solver doesn't show any errors at all.

Does anyone have any advice on something I may possibly be missing?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
