How can I measure Forces on a body at a point with time?

Hi,
I am performing a simulation on ANSYS Workbench in explicit dynamics module. A block is striking the plate and I want to measure the forces on a point with change in time. A graph of it will be fine. Your help and response will be highly appreciated. Regards, Hasan |
