Can't locate bootstrap and configure

Hi, I am trying to install SU2 on my M1 Max Macbook and does anyone know why I can't find bootstrap and configure in the file? I am following a YouTube video for installation and it seems like right after you unzipped it, they are already in the folder. Could someone please help?

I was able to find bootstrap, configure, and Makefile in the version 7.0.4.
