SU2 v7.5.0 is out!

Some highlights from this release:

• The return of transition models
• Composition-dependent fluid models for incompressible flows.
• Integration with CoolProp compressible flows.
• Usability improvements to turbulence models, such as per-inlet turbulence variable specification.

Note that many features are accompanied by a validation testcase that can be found in the TestCases folder, and the full list of available options can be found in the config_template.cfg file.
