Hi,
I'm using SU2_v3.2.7 for shape optimization, but I'm a little confuse about the option RESIDUAL and CAUCHY in convergence criteria. Can anybody explain the difference between these options for me?
Thanks in advance!

The cauchy convergence looks at one of the coefficients and when the coefficient is steady to a specified decimal place for a certain number of elements (also specified) then the run stops. The residual looks at the density residual and requires that residual to decrease a specified number orders of magnitude.
