Hi,
I am suffering a problem about the convergence of RAE2822 airfoil. The test case is "/TestCases/rans/rae2822" of SU2. The version of SU2 used is "4.0.2". In the configure file "turb_SST_RAE2822.cfg", the option "UNSTEADY_SIMULATION" is set as "UNSTEADY_SIMULATION=NO". This option implies the local time strategy. With this option, the test case works well. The problem is that I do not want to use the local time strategy. I set "UNSTEADY_SIMULATION" as "UNSTEADY_SIMULATION=TIME_STEPPING". The case can not be convergent, or it can be convergent very slowly. Is there any ways which I can use to accelerate the convergence, if I do not want to use the local time strategy. Any helps are appreciated. In the configure file: TIME_DISCRE_FLOW= EULER_IMPLICIT |
