Hi every one
It would be great if one can answer these questions about some options in SU2 1. In the “DESIGN VARIABLE PARAMETERS” tab there are some options which I did not understand them well? I was wondering if you can give me a small explanation about them. DV_PARAM= DV_VALUE= 2. All the “DEFINITION_DV=” options have a Scale input? What is that? 3. How one can change the step size for finite difference calculation of gradients? 4. What is “direct_differentiation.py” doing? Do I have to implement any specific option in CFG file in order to use it?(what is the procedure to use it)(is the procedure the same for discrete_adjoint.py?) 5. what is the the procedure of calculating the gradients with finite_differences.py? it would be a great help for understanding SU2 thanks for helping |
