Use of Shape_optimization python script

Hi,
I was trying out the optimization tutorial for NACA0012 airfoil. I have downloaded all the required files. When I tried to run as indicated in the tutorial I get the following error ( screenshot attached). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your interest in SU2
Please look for the DESIGNS/ folder that should have been created by the script; in the sub-folders there may be log files with more detail on the error.
