Hello, after browsing the forums I decided to make a post regarding my case, since I did not find anything about it.

I am trying to make a simulation with several rotating cylinders. Normally for 1 cylinder I use the regular function to make it work, but it does not seem to work for multiple regions. I tried to define it like so:

Quote:
% Moving wall boundary marker(s) (NONE = no marker, ignored for RIGID_MOTION)
MARKER_MOVING= ( Cylinder_up, Cylinder_back_up )
%
% Coordinates of the motion origin
SURFACE_MOTION_ORIGIN= 0.0 0.75 0.0, 1.2990381056 1.5 0.0
%
% Angular velocity vector (rad/s) about the motion origin
SURFACE_ROTATION_RATE = 0.0 0.0 20.0, 0.0 0.0 20.0
I tried multiple ways of defining it like this, but it never worked. I have heard before that I can use this function and have it work, but I saw nothing regarding the topic. Can I get multiple rotating regions like this, or do I have to use multiple config files, with each specifying one rotating region?

Just to clarify, the case I am simulating is similar to fluidic pinball case, so cylinders are not on one axis.

I found the solution in one of the threads about simulating a moving vehicle, I just inputed the info wrong, I forgot to add the points to other variables even though they were 0.
