giupep99 is on a distinguished road
Hi, i'm using for the first time a discrete adjoint simulation, i've seen already all the tutorial and i have a few questions about the parameters that i have to insert on the config file.
1)the first one is relatively to the scale factor:
% Optimization constraint functions with pushing factors (affects its value, not the gradient in the python scripts), separated by semicolons
% ex= (Objective = Value ) * Scale, use '>','<','='
OPT_CONSTRAINT= ( MOMENT_Z < 0.093 ) * 0.001; ( AIRFOIL_THICKNESS > 0.12 ) * 0.001

-What does change if i insert a lower or a higher number?
-The scale factor needs to be the same also for the obj_function? if I insert a different number for example 0.1 for drag and 0.01 for the moment what can I expect?

2)DV_PARAM= ( 1, 0.5 )
what does this one?

3) the adjoint solutions in the folder DESIGN will always do the maximum number of iterations that i set in the config file?

thanks for anyone who will try to explain me those question.
