Flow temperature simulation around a single tree

Dear Colleagues,
I want to simulate the temperature dynamics of air around a tree by spraying hot air to the air environment around the tree. My questions: 1-) Is this a hard problem? 2-) Do you know any commercial or other software which can be used for this purpose? Thanks.
