Hi, I need to calculate mass flow rate crossing every axial grid
plane in positive axial direction. There is a reverse flow and i don't want to include it. Is it possible?

Here's a video which demonstrates computing mass flow rate: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELkBPkcWOrk

If you need to repeat this for multiple axial grids, you may want to record a macro or PyTecplot script to automate this.

I hope this helps.
