*Main Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer in Aeroacoustics and according to your background, 
you will have the opportunity to: 
- Investigate, design and implement  innovative computational methods and 
workflows for aero-acoustic within OMNIS, the NUMECA’s multiphysics 
CAEintegrated environment
- Integrate existing solvers into OMNIS
- Extend acoustic capabilities of OMNIS in terms of pre- and post-processing
- Maintain, improve and extend existing acoustic solvers
- Actively participate to the testing phase of your developments together 
with quality teams
- Answer the needs of customers among worldwide leaders in aerospace, 
turbomachinery design and automotive industry
- Participate to european and international research projects

*To be able to assume this role, the minimum qualifications are:
- A Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science,  
or PhD with specific experience in the development of computational methods, 
or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in software development with focus on numerical methods 
for acoustics and aeroacoustics
- Good knowledge of C++
- Knowledge of Python or Fortran 
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms
- Fluent English language is a prerequisite for the role

Additional qualifications considered as a plus:
- Experience in developing production commercial software or large open 
source projects 
- Experience in working in Agile methodologies

analytical skills, be a stress-resistant problem solver, be a team player 
able to meet the highest quality standards, and have a passion for
