Hi! Everyone, I wanted to learn a Pre processing Software, which is familiar in Automotive industry. Seniors told me move with ANSA, and also Hypermesh. But for decent CAE Analyst (Seeking now) which software should I move with? ANSA or HYPERMESH. FYI- I am from India...... GUIDE ME!!!!

Go for ANSA if you want to create nice CFD meshes

Of course Ansa. dont think even a minute about it. I am very disappointed about Hypermesh. There are lots of things that you can handle them with Ansa through only a couple of clicks. But with Hypermesh it takes more time.

Why not both ?
I have 5 years' experience with hypermesh, and started using ansa in a couple of months. Each of them has pros and cons (midsurface, flow mesh, etc.) The combination of them is just.. wonderful ![]() |

no doubt, go for ANSA, its more user friendly and fast, can create shortcuts for various operations as per the users comfort and ease which is not available in hypermesh.
