Inexplicable problem with a 2D VAWT mesh

Please refer to the attached images.
I haven't defined any bias to the edges of the circle, but it tends to get one somehow. Also, there's a small ring of mesh on the inside of the circle boundary with a much coarser grid than I'd want. I did a similar mesh before, but didn't come across this problem. If anyone knows what's going on, please help me out! |

Not sure what's happening, but try using "behavior = hard". This forces the sizing to follow what you set more directly...
