Hi
i would be very thankful to all if there is anyone to help me in sorting out the following problem: I have a cuboid body having one inlet and one outlet. there are two liquid s in it with one layer of liquid over the other. So, how i will give the named selection and define them? |

In desginmodeler, when you select a body click on right button then "go to body".
The body will be selected in the right panel . look details box under you will that body is name solid, you can change that name or select if you want solid or fluid... |

Right, make it a fluid so it meshes as a fluid in ANSYS Meshing and gives you a fluid zone to work with in the solver,
but most of the setup for the dual fluid zone actually happens in the solver... (sorry, I don't recall the exact details myself).

Hi Rohit,
If I understood your question correctly, you are asking about the named selection definition of one liquid and another liquid at inlet. If it is your requirement, you can extend the cuboid length to long distance, then give the named selection by separating the inlet into exactly half or as like flow phenomenon. So when flow is coming in your area of interest, there won't be any effects of inlet partition for two liquids. Let me know if it solves your problem.
