Hi,
I'm am trying to create a mesh in ANSYS ICEM. it is a 3d mesh consisting of a lot of roughness elements. Since the elements are made up of cubes, i figured the best meshing would be that of a blocking approach. However, my computer freezes every time i tried to mesh it. What would be a rule of thumb here in terms of computer memory. Is 32 GB of RAM enough for high volume meshes? Or 64 GB? Thanks in advance! |
