[ICEM] ICEMCFD "ogrid not successful" error

Hello, I'm new to icemcfd.
I drew the model and i transferred ICEM CFD. There is no gap.
i associated edge to curve and then i want to ogrid block but i didn't this.

I sent in additional error screenshot

it should work. did you use option around? did you make splits around your body first??

Yes i used around option and i splitted body

dont delete the inner block before creating ogrid

i didn't delete any body. before start icemcfd, i did boolean and i subtracted face so there was a gap below.
this could be caused?
