Hi,

I have been struggling with an error in Ansys Meshing for quite some while, and I can't seem to figure it out. I have not found this error anywhere when searching for it, so I hope some of you can be able to help me out.

A picture of the mesh is attached, so you can understand my setup. I am modelling three Pelton buckets, and have tried to insert inflations in the side of the buckets exposed to the water jet (right side on the picture, only the left and middle bucket), with First layer height 0,1 mm and max 10 layers. I have also inserted face sizings in the same surfaces, and body sizing in a Body of Influence in the area around the buckets.

The error message is: Pre-inflation failed at face retriangulation with retriangulating non-manifold overlapping zone.

Has anyone sees this error before, or see any obvious problems with my mesh?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Jone
