Default How to cut cell in ICEM CFD?

The following grid is generated in fluent by adaptation. Could I generate 2:1 cut cell grid in ICEM CFD directly?

use refine block in the premesh tab.

Hello I also need to use cut cell meshing. Can you disclose how to carry cut cell meshing in ICEM ?
