I´m not very sure... but I think Diamondx did something similar with an injector. But only 1/4 of the cylinder.

Observe this blocking , start with one o-grid, an do the necessary slipts where you see them, and finale you will take care of the big pig in the middle... Good luck and get back to us if you could not succeed PS: I love this bruce lee image, I laughed very hard when i first discoverd it. The purpose in posting it is not to say that i'm strong like him, it is just for fun, this is where i got it from: http://iwastesomuchtime.com/on/?i=27507 i like to use since then |

Hi diamondx
could you explain more? How can i empty the small tubes? because after meshing, the small tubes will be filled. my block scheme is similar to yours, but the mesh is bad. thanks in advance Last edited by Peyman_m; August 5, 2013 at 10:32. |

If we have further tubes in cylinder (like this picture), Can i mesh the model with this blocking scheme (O-grid block)?
I would be grateful if you can answer this question. |

Now for you second geometry, that is two much... I can't really answer your question. You need to find a pattern for that , how did you create that pattern at the first place ? |

in fact this model is the inlet part of a shell and tube heat exchanger with triangular tube arrangement (Between tubesheet and first baffle).
