Hello CFD community!!!
Been messing with this model for a while now and for the most part I am happy with it. My qualm is with this mesh nibbling where for no real apparent reason the surface and line curves are not respected in a minute location. The refinement is should be sufficient for the geometry as seen in the pics below. Any ideas? I would fix manually but I have this phenomena happening in a few areas. thanks in advance |

I also experienced this problem every once in a while. It is helpful to set curve sizes on the boundary curves. You may also try to reduce model tolerances under settings -> model.
