Hi guys!
I'm beginner and I encountered following problem: --- http://postimg.org/image/jkxtomhyx/ --- How can I merge or create surface between those two elements ? I was trying to use option: "Create surface from 2-4 Edges" and selected 2 edges, but it didn't work. Is there better way to do this ? Cheers, Matt |

There is a create surface from curves option so you can select more than 4 curves at a time. But I don't think it will actually work. More complex geometry modification is much easier in CAD modelling e.g. DesignModeler, so I would strongly recommend you to go back to CAD. It is because of ICEM's surface based structure.

I second kad's comments. I am a beginner as well and spent quite a few hours banging my head against the wall trying to stitch and merge surfaces. I was successful a few times of deleting one surface and trying to extend the other to the curve boundaries but that was rare.
Back to CAD with you good luck! |
