How do I draw a ball valve with a 50 opening in Gmbit
I am grateful to you if help
The goal is then to show cavitation in the valve is 50% open

I want to compute & draw the ball valve 50 opening in 3d If it is not possible in 2d

First construct the ball, seat and other parts with gambit (or with a cad package if you have one).
Once it is done, wou will have to extract the fluid domain from this assembly.
