blocking.PNGgeometry.PNGunstructured mesh and pre-mesh.PNG
blocking transform problem.PNG Thank you for making the video! I assume it was you, very helpful. I have a large array of cylinders that I would like to mesh efficiently. I used your method of blocking, conversion to an unstructured mesh and transform (copying) to make the bundle. I next want to extend the mesh upstream and downstream and coarsen it. First I tried to leave a gap in the blocking and stitch the unstructured mesh in, but I haven't found a tool that will match the edge parameters with the unstructured mesh. Then I tried to transform-copy pre-mesh blocks but the associated edges went wrong and the pre-mesh was messed up. Thanks for reading this I will appreciate any help very much. Sorry its so long! |
