[DesignModeler] Overlapping surface

Hi, I encountered problem with overlapping surfaces in my geometry, but am unsure of how to check that.

The geometry is a solid block(with windows) enclosed by a domain of fluid. The steps I took to create the geometry is:
1) extrude a block
2) create Enclosure

The 2 bodies were then created as One Part, but there happens to have overlapping mesh.

I hope someone can advice me on how I can remove the overlapping surfaces in this geometry.
