[ICEM] Mesh export from ICEM CFD to STAR CCM+ -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

amod_kumar Member Amod Kumar Join Date: Jan 2010 Location: Delhi, India Posts: 39 Rep Power: 16	Hello All, I am trying to export the mesh created in ICEM CFD for further import into STAR CCM+. The header of the output file is "(0 " Created by : Fluent_V6 Interface Vers. 15.0.5")" and extension is .msh. Then I generated the mesh for import into Fluent, again with extension .msh. When I compared the output generated by ICEM CFD, they turned out the identical. Is the mesh structure followed by these two softwares, Fluent and STAR CCM+ same? Regards, Amod
