hello,
i'm trying to simulate a wind turbine but when i am creating a volume mesh it leads to an error that says lack of memory,i tried 4 gb and 8gb of ram and it does not use more than half of the ram but i still get the error! anybody could help me?please. |

it sounds like you want to mesh your geometry in one shot.
If your geometry is simple, it may be successfull but, if your geometry has some complexity, then you will have hardware problem. Can you display your geometry?

dear max,
you are right,i split my geometry and my memory problem is solved but i have negative volume and i think its due to boundary layer mesh,i changed some mesh sizing but i still have negative volumes.can you help me? thank you1.jpg 2.jpg |

then try to mesh without BL, and check if you still have this issue, or not.
