Hello guys,

This geometry is quite simple. But I dont know how to block it. Anyideas? Thanks.

Can you be more specific, please. Do you mean just block that shape? What about using merge vertices?

Hello Javi,

Yeah I wanna generate hex mesh on that, using ICEM with block!. Thanks,

Best,

Hi Dongyue,

I have just created this block. However, on vertices you are not going to get hexas. I am not sure if this is what you are trying to get

Hi Javi,

yeah, this is what I wanna get. About the vertices, do u mean its tough to get hexes or its not possible to get hexes?

Thanks.

Hi,

yes, obviously is not possible to get hexas on the vertices because the nature of the geometry. The only thing you have to do is just use three times "merge vertices" tool, and that's it!
