Hello every body
I want to generate BL on the walls of a cylinder which has a shape like the attachment in Gambit, but the following error occurs on meshing the volume: "Currently 3D boundary layers are limited to flat face groups with the same boundary layer on all faces. a discontinuity has been found where one face has a boundary layer and the adjacent one does not. the problem occur in volume along following edges (shown in image by "here")" In the attachment I have shown what I want the BL be after meshing the volume. What should I do to tackle this error? Thanks in advance every body. |

thanks for the reply
Unfortunately I can not send the file but I found the answer my self. The error is because that the boundary layer's borders have to collide each other or reach to a solid face and I did not consider this issue. The problem solved... Thx |
