Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum and I did several searches on Google before posting. I couldn't find a clear answer, though I guess I'm not the first with that problem. I have rahter complex 2d geometries to set up for Fluent studies. I'd like to generate points under Matlab or Octave (from x y coordinates for example) since it's far easier than manually entering my geometries in Modeller. I tried to export simple geometries from Modeller in the different available formats (parasolid, igs...), still I can't figure out these files structure by editing them with notepad++. Can someone tell me what format would be "easier" to deal with and where I can find explanations about file structure (header and geometry syntax)? Best Regards Greg |
