shivam.hankare is on a distinguished road
In meshing of an inverted airfoil in 2D using ANSYS 18.1 version, I would like to know which meshing element is better ? I've obtained both triangular elements with no multi-block and also quadrilateral elements with multi- block. The meshing quality is lower in the case of quadrilateral than that of triangular.

Could anyone give a descriptive explanation with the above case ?

Thank You,
Shivam
