Hello,
I'm currently playing around with the different options to generate meshes in ICEM, however I still fail to use the Advancing Front algorithm, even for trivial geometries. The mesh generation always fails with an error. The workflow I used to test it with a simple geometry (https://pastebin.com/hLDT8V47): 1) Create 1x1x1 cube by adding points and creating surfaces 2) Set Part Max Size to 0.1 3) Add Material Point 4) Build Topology 5) Generate All-Tri surface mesh 6) Start Advancing Front meshing The meshing fails with Code:
Application did not finish correctly. Error: afmesh exited with a non-zero status No afmesh mesh generated! The result is the same when I generate the surface mesh by doing an Octree meshing and deleting the volume elements. Does anyone know how to setup the AF-mesher correctly? |
