How can I decrease the skewness of the curve area?

You need to move some vertices to better positions.

On the left side, you might be getting away with moving the two vertices further in, about 1/4 to 1/3 of the curvature to "spread out" the skewness.
Right now the upper node forces the elements to be squeezed to almost a line, which likely result in negative volume elements.

For the upper right corner, you must likely introduce an o-layer. To get an idea how, see the following sketch

chamber.jpg

To further improve the quality, you might introduce another o-layer around the separated body in the middle of the propellant tank (I don't know a better technical technical term, rocket engines are not my field of expertise)

Best,
Sebastian

Thank you so much. It worked great for the left side; however, I cannot properly generate the o layer on the right side. I don't know how to properly use this o grid, that's why I end up with not so better mesh on the right curve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do the tutorials coming with ICEM on blocking. Make your self comfortable with o-grid feature. It is one of the most important features for blocking in my opinion.
Use a search engine of your choice to find the icem tutorial manual, if you didn't install it.

When you have done the tutorials, have a look at this quick sketch:
chamber.jpg

In order to create the o-layer I had suggested, you need to select all the blocks whose boundary is used to extrude the o-layer (into those blocks). I think a partial o-layer is likely enough to cover the problematic corner; let's call it c-grid because of it's shape.

If you select the blocks i marked, and press create you will get a full loop, an o-grid.

But that's not completely what we want here, we want a c-grid.

That's why we need to tell the ogrid feature, which boundaries should not be extruded.
To do that: add the boundary faces (edges in this 2d case) marked with a red bar close to them - before generating the o-grid.
When you selected these edges, you can finalize the o-grid feature.

The is one possible difficulty: the void. I guessed, that you did not permanently delete the block previously filling it (there is a checkbox in the delete block menu). Not permanently deleted blocks are moved to the VORFN part, i think it maybe is an abbrev for virtually orphaned. It will keep the edge counts linked for connected blocks. You might have experienced, that you could not change the edge count for one of the narrow channels with out changing the edge count at a parallel location.
That VORFN block needs to be added to the list of blocks for the o-grid creation as indicated in the attached sketch.

If you deleted it permanently, you need to add the remaining edges instead in the same way you added the other boundaries (marked in red).

Best,
Sebastian
