Problem in opening design modeler

Hi guys

I have problem for opening "Design modeler" in Ansys fluent. When I open design modeler from Geometry, I see an error. Then it is closed.

I didn't have this problem previously, and it started after a few times of opening and closing design modeler.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
