[ANSYS Meshing] Meshing Turbine inside Enclosure

Hello Guys ,
I'm working on a mesh analysis on a Savonius turbine which is inside two enclosures (Outer domain which is actually box ) and inner domain which ( cylindrical ) and the turbine is inside it
the question here how to mesh the turbine itself as when i do meshing it meshes the cylindrical enclosure only and the turbine not meshed
anyone can help thanks
