Hello everyone,
I'm kind of a new user of ANSYS products, currently working on a conjugate heat transfer problem (battery cooling). I have created my battery domain surrounded by a fluid enclosure in Design Modeler and generated a "CutCell" mesh using the "Assembly Meshing". Then, wishing to locally refine my mesh, I use the "Body Sizing" option and further select "Body of Influence" as its type. However, a problem arises; after I create the "Body of Influence", I cannot create a "Body Named Selection" for the "Body of Influence". These two, namely the "Body of Influence" and the "Body Named Selection" seem mutually exclusive. To illustrate further, the "Scoped" body is the enclosure, the "Body of Influence" is the battery, and what I would also like to add (but cannot) is a "Body Named Selection" for the battery. I'm using ANSYS 2022R1 on a Linux PC. Has anyone experienced something similar and is willing to share it? Thank you very much in advance. |
