[ICEM] ICEM Freezing when saving project

Hello all,

I was advised to seek advice here from our University's IT services. We have an academic license for ANSYS, and it is my understanding that all university users share this license. When attempting to mesh geometries in ICEM, the software crashes at the point of saving the project. This occurs before generating the mesh, after generating the mesh- essentially, ICEM is functioning OK until the point of saving.

They are completely stumped, not sure if anyone has had this problem with a shared license. I have also reached out to ANSYS support but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. We are using software version 2022 R2.

ICEM is no longer improved or maintained by ANSYS. Therefore I stopped installing new versions and keep on using 2020R2 which is the last one I installed.
No problems here. Could you also test older versions? It is completely fine to have multiple version next to each other.
