Hi everyone,
I'm doing a thermal analysis with fluent, I have to do a cooling of a battery pack made of 216 lithium-ion cells. Under these cells there is a cold plate in which there is a serpentine that is the pipe where the cooling fluid travels. The problems arise when I try to do the mesh, I want first to decrease the number of elements and stay max at 512k (student limit) and then make a sizing of the serpentine that is my fluid domain as well as the cold plate that is in direct contact with the cells. So I generate the default mesh and it's running but when I try to fix my mesh (because the default one sucks) with the multizone or a sizing I don't know why but the program still shows me a warning message that says: "Copying the source mesh to the target face failed because of poor quality. Setting or adjusting size controls might help the sweeper in generating higher quality source and target face meshes" after the meshing process is failed. So If I try to improve the quality it shows me a message that I have to increase the quality
