[ICEM] Problem while launching ICEM

Hey everyone,

For my semester project, I have to use ICEM to generate meshes. However, it is my first time using ICEM. Although all of the remaining ANSYS Products work well on my computer, I am having this kind of error while trying to launch ICEM.

I would be very grateful if you have already seen this error before and want to help me

PS: The University provided us fully licensed server therefore I am not using an academic one. I have ANSYS 2024 R1 and my OS is Windows 11 Home.

Make sure the license is set up and enabled correctly. You can check the license configuration by going to `Start` > `All Programs` > `ANSYS 2024 R1` > `License Manager` and check the license status.
