Hi,
I want to create grooves in a hollow sphere (please see this thread). As you know, if I want to create 6 groove in this hollow sphere, first, I should create a volume as a groove, secondly I should create 5 copy of this volume of groove via rotation of angle 60 deg (360/6=60 deg) and then, I should split volume of hollow sphere with volumes of these grooves (6 volumes). This process is OK and I have not problem. But If I want to design thing like to the following picture, How can I design this case in Gambit? In fact, I want to in 0.3 radian (see the picture), distances of C_1 and C_2 apply so that ratio of C_2/C_1 is equal to 3.5 and then I split volume of hollow sphere with volumes of the grooves. I am grateful that guide me in this case. Thanks. Last edited by aja1345; August 18, 2018 at 10:15. |
