hi.
i m modellling a compressor stage to determine the rotor stator interaction and accoustical failure detection...........for this how can i determine the suitable cell size for meshing if the blade height is 178mm and airfoil width is 4mm ..... do u have any idea about this ??? |

If you know the range of frequencies you want to resolve, and also the number of gridpoints per wavelength that your need for your spatial scheme, then I think you should be able to back out the grid spacing from that.
