Construction of surface by set of points

I have a set of points which describe a close surface such as sphere. Is there any way or tool in know programs (gambit-autocad) that to construct a surface which approximate all these points?
For understanting, i want to make a close surface for fill it with mesh (gambit) but i have only some points of this surface. |
