Hello al

How to make a mesh between the mobile part ( Impeller) and the fixed part ( Volute) of a centrifugal pump 2D in Gambit .

you have to "separate" both meshes. For that you only need to disconnect both volumes (stator and rotor), and apply interfaces.
Later you will be able to run moving mesh, and you will see that rotor mesh will rotate (but not stator)
