problem regarding analysis template loading in toolbox

i am unable to load analysis templates in tool box, i have mark all in toolbox customization box
i'm attaching the screen shot here

Also please suggest which one is better ansys 12.0 or ansys 13.0, as i'm getting lots of errors in ansys 13.0
