Confa is on a distinguished road
Hi all,
I have a problem with Ansys WB.
I import the geometry from 3D cad model that is a shaft. at university expalined me that for the right simulation if I have a bearing I need to introduce an external point in the middle of bearing and connect by beams element the 3D model surface where there is the bearing and the external point.

Now in my version I couldn't use design modeler and so I don't know how I can implement this step. someone could help me please.

Another question is: in WB I found the cylindrical support constraint. could I use this type to simulate the bearing in a static structural simulation?

Thanks a lot michele
