Question CFD-Post: Streamline discontinuity at interface of domains

I use CFD-Post for postprocessing of results calculated by CFX.

Does anyone know how to generate streamlines, which would be continous over interface of two domains?

Below is clarifying image of my problem and link to image of options of streamline.
